               I am directed to say that this Institute will be conducting a Half day Awareness Workshop on Preparing Notes for Cabinet / Cabinet Committees in the Forenoon of 10^th February, 2017 for Under Secretaries and Section Officers of Central Government.

 2.           Details of the Programme and eligibility requirements are given at Annexure. All Ministries/ Departments of Government of India are requested to nominate suitable Officers to attend the programme. The nominees may be advised to fill up the nomination forms online at www.istm.gov.in/home/online form.  Nomination forms of eligible officers duly countersigned by the sponsoring authority may please be forwarded to ISTM latest by 16^th January 2017.

3.  Name of shortlisted nominees will be published on the website of ISTM http://www.istm.gov.in/home/view_nominee . No individual communication of acceptance will be issued. Therefore, all sponsoring authorities are requested to ensure that only those candidates shortlisted for the Workshop are relieved to attend it, whose names are appearing on the ISTM website.
