Sir/Madam,

 

            This has reference to the letters received from the authorities mentioned in Column 3 of Annexure-I.  I am directed to inform you that official(s) as mentioned in Column 2 of the Annexure-I has/have been selected for participation in the above training programme. 

 

2.         The candidate (s) may be relieved to attend the course and be advised to report for training as per the under mentioned date, time and venue:

 

Date of Commencement of the Course:            08.07.2013

Time:               9.15 A.M.

Venue:             SEMINAR HALL NO. 07

 

3.         A Capitation fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) per participant will be charged from each candidate sponsored by the Organisations other than the Central Government or State Governments (e.g. Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies).  It may please be ensured that such candidate(s) bring with them a Bank Draft of the required amount in favour of “Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi” payable at Delhi towards Capitation Fee.

 

4.         Hostel Accommodation will be provided on First Come First Serve Basis. Institute and Hostel are located in South Delhi in Old JNU Campus near Munirka and Ber Sarai. Hostel Care Taker Mr. Rakesh Tokas may be contacted on Tel. No:  011-26172571 for hostel accommodation.

 

6.         It is requested that the confirmation of the participant be sent to us at the earliest.  The confirmation may also be given by Fax - 26104183 or through E-mail (arvind_p@nic.in).
