Subject:     Training Course on ‘Workshop on Formulation of Budget’ (WFB) for Gazetted Officers and equivalent to be held from August 22-23, 2013 – Acceptance of nominations for.

            With reference to your letter for the above course, I am directed to inform you that Officer(s) has/have been selected for participation in the above course.

2          The candidate(s) may be relieved to attend the course and be advised to report for training as per the under-mentioned date, time and venue:

a.     Date of Commencement of the Course: 22.08.2013

b.     Time:   9.15 AM

c.     Venue:  Seminar Hall Complex.SH-04, ISTM, JNU (Old) Campus, New Delhi.

3          A Capitation fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand) only per participant is charged from each candidate sponsored by the Organizations other than the Central Government or State Governments (e.g. Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies).  It may please be ensured that such candidate(s) bring with them a Bank Draft of the required amount in favour of “Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi” payable at Delhi towards Capitation Fee.

4          Hostel Accommodation will be provided on First Come First Served Basis. Institute and Hostel are located in JNU Campus (Old). Hostel caretaker Shri Rakesh Tokas may be contacted on Tel. No:  011-26172571 for hostel accommodation.  

 5.        It is requested that the confirmation of the participant be sent to us at the earliest either by Fax or through E-mail (samar.nath@nic.in ).

6.         This is a two days’ course. Classes on both the days may continue upto 17:00 hours. , Therefore, travel plan for the return journey may be planned accordingly.
