Subject:   Course on “Design of Training (DoT)” to be conducted at ISTM, New Delhi from 4-8 November, 2013 – Acceptance of nominations regarding.

 

Sir,

 

          I am to inform you that the nominations of the officers listed in column 2 of the Annexure to this letter (placed below this letter) have been accepted for undergoing the Design of Training (DoT) Course to be held in this Institute from 4 – 8th  November, 2013.

 

2.       You may advise your nominee(s) to report for training at ISTM, Old JNU Campus, New Delhi-110067 at 0915 hours on MONDAY, the 4th November, 2013.

 

3.       The Institute is located in South Delhi in Old JNU Campus.  It is about 15 Kms from New Delhi Station, 18 Kms from Old Delhi Station and 15 Kms from Airport.  The campus is located along the Outer Ring Road (Olof Palme Marg) between IIT Hostel and Munirka, opposite Sec.III,  R.K.Puram, which is a large Government residential colony.

 

4.       During the Course, the participants will throughout be involved in group activities requiring continuous interaction with the group.  There will also be group interactions late in the evenings.  Therefore, it is advisable for the participants to be available in the hostel in the evenings and not to have any other engagements.  The participants are, therefore, advised to ensure and plan their visit in such a manner as to keep themselves free from other commitments – official or otherwise – during the week.  On Friday, the 8th November, 2013, the course activities are scheduled to be completed around 1630 hrs.  The departures may, therefore, be planned accordingly.  The participants may also be requested to send their confirmation by fax or email by 30th October, 2013.
