        SUBJECT:    TRAINING COURSE ON 161st CASH & ACCOUNTS COURSE TO BE HELD FROM 13-01-2014 TO 14-03-2014 - ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATIONS FOR.

Sir/Madam,

 

                With reference to the nominations received from the participants online/or through the hard copies in the revised proforma of nomination form, I am directed to inform you that the officials as mentioned in Column 2 of the Annexure have been selected for participation in the above training course.  They should bring calculator with them. 

2.            The candidate (s) may be relieved to attend the course and be advised to report for training as per the under mentioned date, time and venue:

3.            ISTM provides modest hostel facility which is available on “first come—first served” basis. The rooms are available on twin sharing basis. For details relating to the tariff  and availability of accommodation at the ISTM Hostel, the participants may contact the Caretaker Sh. Rakesh Tokas at Tel: 011—26172571/ Mob: 09891366399. The charges are payable separately.

 

4.   a)     A Capitation fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) per week per participant will be charged from the candidate sponsored by the Organisations other than the Central Government or State Governments (e.g. Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies). It may please be ensured that such candidates bring with them a Bank Draft of the required amount in favour of “Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi towards Capitation Fee.         

 

b)         A study tour forms an integral and essential part of the training course. Therefore, to meet the study tour expenses, all the participants are requested to bring Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) in CASH from their respective Departments/Ministries/Offices to be given to the Course Director after completion of the first module of the course i.e in the First week of Feb,2014.

5.         The Institute is located in South Delhi in Old JNU Campus. It is about 16 kms. from New Delhi Railway Station and 20 kms. from Old Delhi Railway Station. The Campus is situated along the outer Ring Road (Olof Palme Marg) between the IIT Hostel and a residential colony named as MUNIRKA, opposite  Sector-III of R.K.Puram, New Delhi and Ber Sarai.  The location map is available in our website “www.istm.nic.in and www.istm.gov.in.
