      Subject:       Workshop on “Noting & Drafting” to be held from 10-11  February, 2014 –Acceptance of nominations regarding.

Sir/Madam,

 

            With reference to your letter mentioned in Column 3 of Annexure-I for the Workshop on `Noting and Drafting’,   I am directed to inform you that official(s) as mentioned in Column 2 of the Annexure has/have been selected for participation in the Workshop to be held from 10th   – 11th February, 2014  

 

2.         The candidate(s) may be relieved to attend the course and be advised to report for training as per the under-mentioned date, time and venue:

3          ISTM has  modest hostel facility where  AC and Non-AC rooms are available on twin sharing basis.  For advance reservation of accommodation at the ISTM Hostel, the participants may contact the Caretaker or Hostel Warden at Tele Fax No. 011-26172571.  Family members of the participants are NOT  allowed to stay in the hostel with the participants.

 

4.         A Capitation fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) per participant is charged from each candidate sponsored by the Organisations other than the Central Government or State Governments (e.g. Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies).  It may please be ensured that such candidate(s) bring with them a Bank Draft of the required amount in favour of “Assistant Director, ISTM, New Delhi” payable at Delhi towards Capitation Fee.

 

5.         The Institute is located in South Delhi in Old JNU Campus, Near Ber Sarai.  It is about 16kms. from New Delhi Railway Station and 20 kms. from Old Delhi Railway Station.  The Campus is situated at the crossing near the IIT Hostels and Sector-III of Ramakrishna Puram, New Delhi.
