Welcome to ISTM Library

          ISTM Library is an open access, fully automated library where the user (faculty and other staff) can choose and reserve books of his/her choice.  Library collection can be searched online through cloud based software e-Granthalaya ver.4.0. This software has OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facility by which optimal and fast searching of library documents is possible. The URL for accessing the OPAC page is given below. It also enables a smooth execution of other library functions such as Issue/Return of Books, Stock Verification etc.  The Library collection includes about 17,250 General and Instructional(Rule) books and a database software ‘Manupatra’ pertaining to legal field, 82 Multilingual Newspapers, Magazines and Journals.

          In addition, there is a Resource Centre which has previous as well as current year Reports of several cadres based courses and eight (8) Personal Computers with internet facilities.
