A distinguished Officer of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) with a career trajectory defined by high-impact administrative and legal leadership. Joined Government of India in July 2008 and since then served in Ministry of Commerce and Industry, National Minority Commission and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Possesses a robust dual expertise in Law and Management, underscored by an LLM in IPR and extensive experience in multi-billion rupee policy frameworks. The legal portfolio spans High Court and Supreme Court litigation management, specialized research on the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code (UCC), and comprehensive legislative reviews of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act 1951. Expert in bridging regulatory compliance with strategic governance. Has successfully demonstrated administrative leadership as a member of the team that organized first ever G20 event held at New Delhi and flagship GOI programs like Make in India and Startup India while overseeing administration of statutory bodies and institutes of national importance.
